We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and support our continued business growth.

About Energyline :

Energyline is a privately owned, family run company, established in 2002 and based in Knaresborough and Copgrove, North Yorkshire.

The company mainly serves the power systems industry, undertaking site condition assessments and intrusive geotechnical investigations activities alongside design consultancy services.

The role :

Reporting to the Operations Director and working alongside our Projects Team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and guidance to the business across site activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation / sign off of RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, Traffic Management Plans , Emergency Response Plans and all other relevant H&S documentation in accordance with company and client requirements
• Overseeing a small team of onsite staff working on or near to live structures
• Liaising with the client, landowners, third parties and the public as works are multi sites along an linear overhead line route
• Liaising with the business and clients to continually improve safety standards on site.
• Undertaking site safety inspections/ audits/ supervision and providing safety support on site.

The role is based in Knaresborough and Copgrove with most of our site works carried out in Scotland.

Skills and experience required:

Site Mangers experience is essential and would suit someone with a background in the ground investigations or groundworks who are looking for the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant industry experience.
• A NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
• CSCS and SMSTS
• CDM awareness.
• Good communication and engagement skills.

Salary : Competitive package including access to the company bonus scheme

Hours : Full time – hybrid working will be considered for when not onsite.
